Happiness and Sadness are two state which come to every person’s life time by time. When we feel down, or not meet up our expectations or don’t get what we desire, it's all a state of sadness. Happiness is totally opposite, where everything working out as per our needs and we feel the happiness from within.
But reactions
of both state on individuals are different and shocking in some cases. For instance,
if one person is happy, he or she celebrates in many ways as per their
nature. Some celebrates with friends and family, while some prefer to
enjoy moments alone. In short, everyone loves to be happy and no one
likes to be sad. But suddenly when something bad or unusual or
unacceptable happens in person’s life, it change his/her entire life, or
in some cases lead to end life. Some people are very stronger mentally
and emotionally and always ready to fight and accept challenges. In any
circumstances they stand and try to prove themselves while some people
cannot handle such situation and break down. They easily lose faith in
attached one and in life. Weather its case of lost of family members or
failure or break up or any other things. It’s become really hard to get
them back to normal life.
There
are many reasons people break down and hate life. Some of them are one
side love; natural accidents; fail in exams; losing jobs; lost of family
members or emotionally attached things; fear or threaten by someone and
many more. Sometimes people have so many responsibilities, social
duties and work load to do that they cannot do in some circumstances and
feel tensed and stressed. They are not able to enjoy the life and
always worried about the matters that constantly pressuring their mind
and left no interest in life or favorite things.
Some
people tell others to stay strong when they are going through a hard
time. They don’t like to share things with others or never want someone
get to know about their situations or crises, which cause pain, harder
life, nightmares, tears and more pain.
It’s
really very important that people who lost battle and willing to end
life are constantly watch, care nicely, well treated, get full support
to gain their confident and faster back to normal life.
